Job Summary
Role involves selling products/services for the company and representing the brand, while managing customer relationships as the primary contact from initial outreach to purchase. The candidate should have a proven Channel Sales background, oversee a sales team (5+ members), demonstrate growth-driven mindset, and possess strong market knowledge. Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet. Ability to drive distribution expansion, track metrics, and enable lucrative incentives for the team. Strong Excel and data tooling skills are expected. Education: Graduate or above preferred. Location: Kota, Rajasthan, India. This is a field sales leadership position within the Dairy verticals and retail ecosystem, focused on end-to-end sales and operations, relationship management, and achieving revenue objectives.
