Job Summary
Sales Team Lead responsible for mentoring and developing Team Members within the assigned zone, executing daily merchandising needs, providing in-aisle customer service, ensuring proper product facing, and applying planograms. Lead price changes, coordinate with the Resets/Project Coordinator for floor merchandising resets, implement planograms by deadlines, and promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and credit card initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-3 years of retail or leadership experience preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- ability to multi-task and respond to change
