Job Summary
Lead and mentor Team Members within the assigned zone to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsible for directing daily merchandising needs, in-aisle customer service, proper product facing, and recovery of the zone. Execute price changes and tabloid set processes, coordinate floor merchandising resets with the Resets and Project Coordinator, and implement planograms to deadlines. Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives while training and developing staff to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- 1-3 years of previous related retail or leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full-time and part-time team members
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and implement solutions
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quick changing environment
