Job Summary
Lead, develop, and coach Team Members within the assigned zone; manage daily merchandising needs, ensure in-aisle customer service and proper product facing; execute price changes and tabloid set processes; coordinate floor merchandising resets with the Resets and Project Coordinator; implement planograms by deadlines; promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and credit card initiatives; drive leadership within a fast-paced retail environment by directing and motivating a diverse team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- 1-3 years of previous related retail or leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full-time and part-time team members
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and implement solutions
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quick changing environment
