Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets, educating clients on unique energy efficiency products and services. Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates while providing training and development to keep the team highly efficient and organized. Monitor and report on team performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals. This role requires fluent English, five years of sales experience with at least two in leadership, and proficiency with video platforms like Zoom. Base salary is CAD 50K with potential compensation up to CAD 150K.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
