Job Summary
Coach and develop sales representatives by training, mentoring, and providing ongoing feedback to improve product knowledge and sales skills for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products. Manage operations by creating and optimizing team schedules for maximum event coverage, overseeing branded activation booth setup and teardown, and monitoring individual and team sales targets. Drive performance by implementing strategy adjustments, generating regular performance reports, and providing hands-on support at events to troubleshoot issues and actively sell products to hit revenue goals. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Successful candidates must have proven experience meeting sales targets and leading a team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role
- Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match team needs
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check and a credit check
