Job Summary
Lead and develop sales representatives to prospect, educate customers, provide quotes/contracts, and achieve branch sales goals. Manage accurate customer records, contracts documentation, and sales budgets while tracking statistics to drive performance. Coach the team on utilizing company apps and software, hire new sales representatives as needed, and travel across the assigned territory for business development. Maintain a positive, competitive team environment and ensure excellent customer service. Valid driver's license and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading others in a sales capacity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present in front of small groups
- Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
- Ability to carry up to 50 lbs
- Possess a valid drivers license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
