Job Summary
Sales Team Lead in Melbourne leads the Independent Partner (SMB) sales function across Australia and New Zealand, managing a mixed team of inside and field sales specialists, overseeing the full sales cycle from outbound acquisition to growth of SMB partners, coaching and developing a team of 8-12 specialists, driving a metrics-based culture, aligning with global best practices, and collaborating with the Indies (SMB) Leadership team to translate strategy into local growth levers, while fostering a high-performance, data-driven sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading and scaling large sales teams
- KPI-driven sales management
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- Ability to recruit and onboard sales staff
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus
- Strategic, hands-on leadership with cross-functional collaboration
