Job Summary
Sales Coordinator supports the sales and marketing teams by processing orders, coordinating with fulfillment/shipping to ensure on-time delivery, communicating product pricing and availability, maintaining customer data, generating sales reports, preparing proposals/quotes/presentations, managing calendars, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves administrative duties, data entry, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold Bish Enterprises' values in the agricultural equipment sector.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
