Job Summary
Drive a solar-powered espresso Jeep to events across San Diego County, including sunrise clubs, farmers markets, and beach pop-ups. Set up your bar, operate fully automatic equipment to pull espresso, cold brew, matcha, and chai, then break down the machine after each shift. Talk to customers to turn lines into regulars, tell the Tribe story, and post from the field to help the brand show up online. You must be outgoing, active, and comfortable selling without it feeling like selling, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs. This role is perfect for someone plugged into the local scene who wants to build something real while earning $21/hr plus tips and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California driver license
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable talking with customers in English
- Can lift 50 lbs
- Open to early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
- Sales, hospitality, or brand rep experience
