Job Summary
Sales Systems Manager responsible for supporting the daily operations of the sales technology ecosystem across iHeart’s sales operations divisions, primarily in Airtable. Focuses on user management, data integrity, automation reliability, and process consistency to ensure the systems powering sales operate efficiently. Key component includes designing and implementing a new ecosystem for Broadcast and Premiere talent vetting and post-sale operations within the existing Airtable environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving, customer support, and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently while adhering to governance standards; familiarity with data management best practices; and a growth mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
