Job Summary
Manage and process customer orders while ensuring accurate administration and data management in ERP and CRM systems. Coordinate deliveries, schedules, and order-related activities across teams, handle customer inquiries, and analyze supplier quotations to prepare customer quotes. Support sourcing activities, negotiate pricing and delivery schedules, and contribute to continuous improvements of operational workflows. This operational role requires experience with ERP and CRM systems, strong attention to detail, and fluency in English. Required Qualifications
- Education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience working with ERP systems and operational processes
- Experience with CRM systems and customer-facing administration
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
