Job Summary
Sales Support Supervisor responsible for supervising Back Office Leads, overseeing the operational duties of Sales Specialist II, and managing Cafes/Kid's Spaces within stores. Enforce Standard Work and SOPs, evaluate and train staff in guest engagement scenarios, build schedules to optimize coverage, conduct asset protection audits, manage cash handling procedures, and drive training via the Operations Onboarding program. Provide feedback to store leadership on training progress, support guest escalations, and assume roles as a Store Floor Leader and Guest Engagement Leader to boost sales and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Tableau is preferred
