Sales Support Specialist

Manage daily communication with customers and account managers to resolve issues regarding pricing, deliveries, capacity, and overdue payments. Maintain and update Salesforce projects using long-term forecasts, bills of materials, and order data while creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Process customer capacity requests through the Planning Team, confirm demand constraints, and prepare customer offers for external opportunities. Calculate new sales prices based on policy and monitor margin analysis to drive profitability. Liaise with customers to clarify questions, raise quotations for catalogue parts, and ensure accounts receivable levels remain within objectives through cross-departmental coordination.
