Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of client orders as a Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks. Responsibilities include owning the order management process from pre-order through delivery, ensuring accurate communication with internal departments and external clients, and providing exceptional customer-centric experiences. Support showroom sales efforts with pre-sale activities such as quotes and payment processing. The role requires 2+ years of administrative or project management experience and strong organizational skills alongside excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications

Additional Requirements
- Rotating weekend flexibility is required, as showroom is open on Saturday.
