Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist for OEV Canada, Inc. supports the adoption of electric yard trucks by enabling the sales team and delivering a seamless customer experience. Acts as a primary point of contact for customers and sales teams in Canada, supports onboarding (vendor setup, documentation, trucks registration), coordinates incentive programs, maintains CRM and internal systems with high data integrity, manages key stages from demo to delivery and invoicing, liaises with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, service, logistics), tracks sales activities and metrics, and ensures consistent brand experience. Requires bilingual English/French, 2–4 years in sales support or B2B operations, experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Excel, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organization and proactive problem-solving mindset. Ideal candidates have experience in transportation, manufacturing, or EV industry and familiarity with government incentive programs or funding, plus experience with quotes, contracts, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & French) – required

- Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills
