Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist who coordinates between sales, estimating, operations, and customers; manages project progress, documents plans and status, conducts QA tests to ensure standards, and communicates project updates to stakeholders. Requires a business-related associate or bachelor’s degree, at least two years in customer relations in the packaging industry, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent communication and presentation abilities, and solid project-management and multitasking capabilities. Office-based role in Laurinburg, NC with routine handling of documentation, meetings, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- Two Years of experience in customer relations in the packaging industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to schedule and prioritize all work assignments
