Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales lifecycle by managing spare parts quotations, coordinating material logistics, and ensuring seamless order execution. Responsibilities include reviewing quotations, maintaining quotation ledgers, verifying incoming items against orders, maintaining real-time material management ledgers, coordinating with customers on product models, pricing, and delivery schedules, establishing and maintaining order tracking from production to delivery, resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely completion, organizing customer data and sales contracts, compiling sales data for leadership reports, and providing administrative support such as organizing sales meetings and managing office supplies. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a sales support role, an associates or higher degree, strong data accuracy, and effective written communication.,
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a sales assistant or sales support role
- Strong familiarity with sales processes, material management, and consumables
- Professional proficiency in business etiquette and strong written communication skills
