Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist role based in the Kitchener, Ontario showroom/office supporting daily office operations, facilities management, sample library, showroom setup, and logistics. Responsibilities include overseeing the Kitchener office, managing inventory and shipments, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining the sample library, showroom presentation, and assisting the Sales team with sample orders, basic quoting, and customer inquiries. Requires 2+ years in office administration, operations, or sales support; strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with showroom environments or apparel/promotional products is a plus. Part-time, temporary position with in-office work hours; ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or sales support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage physical inventory, shipments, and operational processes
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and Microsoft 365 tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-starter with a “hands-on” approach to problem-solving
