Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist who works closely with estimating, sales and assigned customers; serves as liaison between sales and operations; coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information; ensures customer needs are met as projects evolve; monitors project progress and communicates status to all participants; collaborates with Regional Sales Manager to prevent potential problems; creates and maintains documentation, plans, and reports; ensures standards through QA tests; organizes meetings and documents meeting minutes; additional duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- Two Years of experience in customer relations in the packaging industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to schedule and prioritize all work assignments
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
