Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist role focusing on filling therapist capacity and driving visit growth within IHT agency accounts. Responsibilities include direct outreach to agency partners, schedule and back-office support from intake to care plan, prioritizing opportunities, and collaborating with Operations and Clinical teams. Requires strong phone communication, organizational skills, independent judgment, and ability to work with autonomy in a growth-oriented environment. Must be in Texas and able to perform in-person visits; role is primarily remote with hybrid elements. The position emphasizes operational support, tactical inside sales, and relationship management to convert opportunities into staffed visits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, account development, or a comparable client-facing role required
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office required
