Sales Support Specialist - Industrial Pumps & Equipment

Job Summary
Manage quotations, orders, and customer follow-up by obtaining supplier pricing, entering orders within the ERP system, and reviewing vendor acknowledgments for accuracy. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution, track orders through fulfillment, and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies. Maintain accurate pricing and order records while supporting purchasing, inventory coordination, and the processing of returns. Assist with proposals, contracts, and sales documentation to keep projects and orders moving. Work closely with Sales Engineers to support the full order lifecycle from quotation through delivery in a stable, growing industrial distributor.

- Experience in inside sales, purchasing, pricing, and order management
- Experience working with vendors and managing supplier relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, technical, or B2B environments is strongly preferred
- Exposure to industrial equipment (pumps, valves, process equipment, etc.) is a major plus
