Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist at Incora in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with external customers and inter-departmental teams, providing high-quality service, processing and monitoring orders, ensuring on-time delivery, prioritizing orders by urgency, updating shipping status, and facilitating customer inquiries about order information and product availability. Requires strong English communication (Mandarin preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools like Copilot, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a team to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality customer support and order execution.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience would be considered an advantage
- Experience in handling order book and process orders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Mandarin is preferred but not essential
- Strong presentation, organization and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers
- Detailed oriented
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
- Ability to work well within a team environment to produce positive results
