Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist in the outdoor industry responsible for managing orders for high-volume and specialized accounts, maintaining the orderbook and forecasts, performing manual order entry (SO/BSO), handling ERP/portal data flows, configuring pricing, assisting with item setups, processing RMAs and credit rebills, and delivering cross-functional support to sales, warehouse, and customers. Requires collaboration with Sales Support Manager, strong organizational and communication skills, and proven ability to drive process improvements; proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (MS NAV/MS Business Central) and experience with NuOrder and EDI are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years’ experience in Customer, Sales, or Dealer Service
- Proficient in Excel
