Sales Support Specialist/Counter Sales

Support assigned sales representatives with daily status updates and manage accounts by updating pricing, monitoring margins, and setting up CPM and rebate contracts. Key in customer orders, samples, and returns from phone, fax, or email while troubleshooting transactions and order history. Provide basic product information and build customer loyalty by understanding service offerings and working with internal and external customers. Perform some inside sales duties and conduct product training and research. Apply strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to make decision-making choices.
