Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist – Business Development at Pandora NAM drives wholesale operations and cross-functional projects to support network growth and operational readiness. Owns account movement activities for wholesale locations (openings, relocations, remodels, closures, name changes, and ownership changes), manages engraving program operations across channels, and leads strategic operational initiatives and projects. Collaborates with Wholesale, Retail Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Training, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and external vendors to ensure accurate workflows, effective communication, and successful rollout of initiatives. Requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and the ability to manage reporting and tools across multiple departments. Strong preference for a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience in wholesale or partner support operations plus retail or supply chain background.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in wholesale operations, customer service, or a related field, with experience in retail or supply chain management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage wholesale or partner support operations effectively
