Job Summary
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate qualified leads for the UK Sales team. Execute targeted outreach campaigns using CRM tools, online research, and AI-powered productivity platforms to build and nurture a structured sales pipeline. Manage administrative tasks including updating Salesforce records, tracking interactions, and preparing reports to support opportunity creation. Assist Sales Representatives with lead qualification, quotation tracking, and customer inquiry resolution while coordinating internal teams for timely request handling. Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up processes to ensure consistent professional engagement across all communication channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in Telesales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar commercial role
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong email-writing skills with the ability to create professional, persuasive, and customer-focused business communications
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in sales, customer engagement, and business growth
- Strong research and prospecting abilities
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up activities effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- English – Fluent (spoken and written)
