Sales Support Representative

Sales Support Representative at Toyota Finance Australia (Altona, Victoria) provides timely and accurate customer service and sales support to Toyota Fleet Management customers via phone and email. You will support the regional sales team with administration, quotes and order conversion, manage end-of-contract processes (lease/registration expiry, vehicle replacements, new order alignment), monitor financial risk and debt collection, support credit and risk processes, prepare data and analyses, and build cross-functional relationships to drive efficiency. The role requires handling pricing, approvals, and regulatory requirements, plus documenting and reporting on activities. A Kaizen mindset to continually improve processes, strong communication skills, and solid MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are valuable. A business-oriented tertiary qualification is preferable but not essential, and some familiarity with fleet management, finance, or the automotive industry is advantageous. The position is hybrid and fixed-term.
