Job Summary
Provide timely and accurate customer service and sales support to Toyota Fleet Management customers to deliver on day-to-day requirements or queries; establish mutually beneficial relationships to help grow the sales team’s portfolio; prepare quotes and convert to orders/contracts within service levels; identify opportunities to improve margins and services to drive revenue and profitability; follow up on quotes to understand competitiveness; manage customer-added products/services; handle end-of-contract processes including lease/registration expiry, vehicle replacements, and alignment of new orders; provide customer reporting and invoicing, respond to requests, and maintain trusted advisory relationships; identify growth opportunities and support customer needs through regular reviews and visits; manage dealer engagement, ensure competitive pricing, and coordinate delivery and payments; ensure compliance with policies, approvals, and documentation; monitor financial risk by reconciling payments and following up on overdue accounts; support credit and risk processes by gathering data and training; assist with data preparation and analysis; build strong cross-functional relationships to drive efficiency; requires tertiary business qualifications or equivalent preferred and strong communication and MS Office proficiency; ability to work as part of a broader team as well as autonomously.
