Job Summary
Remote seasonal Sales Support Representative responsibilities include coordinating with field sales representatives/Partner Support and installation technicians to ensure smooth onboarding experience, supporting account creation, installation, activation, survey/resurvey processes, and back-end operations of the sales cycle. Key duties involve placing outbound calls to accounts to complete required surveys, conducting dealer survey/resurvey outreach, documenting call attempts and results in systems, handling follow-ups, and maintaining professional communications. Requires proficiency with MAS, Avaya, Cresta, Microsoft 365, and Assembled, plus strong communication, organization, and adherence to schedules and training.
