Job Summary
Sales Support Representative collaborates with the Sales Lead/Inside Sales to ensure orders are delivered, merchandised, and priced; assists customers with stocking shelves and creating displays; places prices/signs on products; checks on-hand inventory and submits replenishment orders; maintains merchandising displays and reports; surveys accounts for opportunities and presents promotional materials; communicates any competitive activity to supervisor; may cover open sales territory during absences; role may require nights, weekends, or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current, valid state driver's license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements
- Product knowledge applicable to wine and spirits industry
- Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays
