Job Summary
Sales Support Representative handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues across a defined territory. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries promptly, handling pricing/product availability questions, processing warranty and courtesy replacement orders, recording interactions in CRM, coordinating with Internal Sales Representatives and Manufacturers' Rep Agencies, and supporting the Inside Sales Team. Requires strong verbal/written communication, troubleshooting skills, ability to multitask, and collaboration in a team-focused business environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma required; some college preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Business Management Software (e.g., SAP) preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide prompt support to warehouse, plant, and corporate offices
- Office and potential warehouse/manufacturing plant environment experience
- Working in an open office environment with flexible hours as described in posting
