Job Summary
Provide primary point of contact for customer inquiries and handle requests via phone and email, redirecting issues to appropriate functions while owning them through to resolution. Proactively review opportunities in the Deal Desk Dashboard using a checklist, verify contract templates, track deals to closure, and flag items requiring approval. Generate quotes for software-only transactions following licensing rules and compile documentation into order packages for submission to the Order Fulfillment team. Ensure accurate PO review, monitor shipments, update CRM opportunity data, and archive all contract paperwork. Verify credit limits and support resolution of overdue invoices while engaging Deal Managers or Legal for complex agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of SOX rules and regulations
