Job Summary
Sales Support Representative at MSC in Cleveland, OH, a full-time hybrid role supporting the Sales Team by collecting and submitting documentation for pending patient orders, assisting referrals, managing order-related documentation in EMR systems, handling escalations, and supporting and growing digital ordering. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service or sales experience, proficiency with Excel, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously. Responsibilities include ensuring documentation is complete and accurate, coordinating with referral sources, processing orders, recovering cancelled orders, identifying trends for referral education, and supporting the Sales Team and Customer Service in timely order processing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Ability to work with Excel
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience in referral intake and/or medical billing is preferred
