Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

Lead coordination efforts on applicable aftermarket quotes by reviewing customer specifications and documents to apply current technical and commercial requirements. Drive daily tactical customer proposals, support strategic offerings, and identify sales win-back opportunities while generating high-quality, value-priced proposals to facilitate order fulfillment. Manage the entire bid cycle, including updating workload management tools and monitoring hit-rate optimization, alongside supporting 30-day quarterly forecasts and monthly outlook processes. Compile weekly sales reports and prepare QBR data analytics to address performance gaps and ensure forecast accuracy. Partner with Site Hubs to drive quotation performance, leveraging quoting tools for prioritization and shortened parts delivery times.

Desired Qualifications

  • Industry experience related to pumps/rotating equipment
  • Experience with customer relationship management in the power generation and utility industries
  • Experience in Sales Force
  • Experience in pricing, contract review and ERP administration
  • BS or BA Degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
