Job Summary
Sales Support Representative for Ferguson’s Fire & Fabrication group. Supports sales associates by determining the best products/solutions, delivering timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinating deliveries, handling general inquiries, and using the CRM/phone systems to resolve customer questions. Requires customer-service mindset, ability to upsell, and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment; lifting up to 50 lbs and Microsoft Office proficiency are expected. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades is a plus
- Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
