Job Summary
Sales Support Representatives collaborate with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers, deliver personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders, and coordinate deliveries. They handle sales calls, address customer questions, and leverage CRM and phone systems to resolve issues and support customer needs. The role emphasizes quick decision-making, relationship-building, and a customer-focused mindset, with a background in plumbing, HVAC, or related trades considered a plus. The position requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and offers comprehensive benefits; schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm with one Saturday per month, and compensation ranges from $18.71 to $29.92 hourly, bonus/incentive eligibility, and location-based wage variations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) and Microsoft Office
- Strong sales and customer service mindset; ability to upsell; fast-paced environment adaptability
