Sales Support Representative 2

Process sales and invoices to ensure customer orders are paid accurately and on time. Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements. Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support sales team activities. Answer internal and customer inquiries while communicating with staff to confirm order status and resolve complaints. Maintain up-to-date customer records and make standard calculations to compile and report statistics. This role requires an active Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification, with a schedule of 8:30am-5:00pm EST. Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
