Job Summary
RNDC is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the Sales Lead/Inside Sales with ensuring orders are delivered, merchandised, and priced; assist customers with stocking shelves, creating displays, will-calls/POS delivery, and maintaining displays; place prices and signs, verify inventory, submit replenishment orders, and identify merchandising opportunities; responsibilities include reporting competitive activity, supporting open territories, and potential night/weekend/holiday work; preferred candidates hold a high school credential, have 1-3 months related experience, possess a valid driver’s license, knowledge of the wine/spirits industry, and experience with shelving and displays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current, valid state driver's license
- Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
- Product knowledge applicable to wine and spirits industry
- Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays
- Merchandising reports preparation
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
