Job Summary
Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner by reviewing incoming requests to ensure accurate scope and pricing. Follow up on open quotes to move opportunities forward while communicating with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options. Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to maintain organized records in CRM and internal systems. Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed. This role offers a stable, growth-focused position with potential expansion into account management or senior sales support.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills (email and phone)
- Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
