Sales Support Officer

Job Summary
Handle and respond daily sales inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms to address client needs effectively. Prepare electronic quotations, manage follow-ups on sales matters, and cultivate customer relationships to drive long-term retention. Submit weekly or monthly reports, process administrative paperwork, and assist the Outdoor Sales team in pursuing new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal operations, finance, and international teams to ensure efficient shipment processes. Carry out assigned tasks for the Manager and support Inside Sales members. Work Mon to Fri 8:30am–6pm.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the sales support sector in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for effective client communication and collaboration with internal teams
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with shipping Incoterms or a related field
