Sales Support Manager (German-speaking)

Job Summary
Lead and build a new, high-performing Sales Support function in Warsaw by directing a team of ~30 German-speaking professionals to enable sales effectiveness, customer success, and operational delivery. Drive day-to-day transactional and commercial support, ensure quality and adherence to KPIs/SLAs, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Pricing, Product, and Operations. This leadership role requires influencing senior stakeholders, shaping processes, fostering ownership and accountability, and driving continuous improvement to scale the team in a growing, transformation-enabled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German and English (mandatory)
- Proven experience leading large teams in a sales support, customer operations, customer success, shared services, or similar environment
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, shipping, or global trade
- Strong track record of managing performance through KPIs, SLAs, coaching, and operational discipline
- Ability to lead through change, ambiguity, and transformation
