Job Summary
Sales Support Manager – Dealer Segment leads strategic programs to enhance Sales Support operations, drive process improvements, and boost customer engagement. Responsibilities include defining objectives and milestones for initiatives, developing project plans, collaborating with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions such as workflow automation and system enhancements. The role may manage large, cross-functional projects requiring high-level analytical thinking, detailed information gathering, and applying business knowledge to create market value. Emphasis on improving customer experience, coordinating with IT and operations, and driving alignment across departments. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills

- Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once
