Job Summary
Lead and coach the Sales Support team in the ELDS Market, contributing to NAM & LATAM for LV MCC & Aftermarket. Oversee estimations, bids, and proposals to ensure alignment with ABB standards and targets; define targets and action plans to improve customer support and satisfaction; identify optimal offer approaches (direct sales, consortium, or channel) and validate terms and conditions in offers; participate in project risk reviews and provide technical and commercial support during meetings, product presentations, and negotiations; role emphasizes leadership, strategic bidding, and customer-focused execution in a multinational electrical engineering context.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Medium and Low Voltage
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of bidding processes, risk analysis, commercial terms and conditions, and technical sales strategies
- Leadership skills and experience leading and coaching technical-commercial support teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
