Sales Support Lead - EI Europe

Job Summary
Lead advanced sales analytics, forecasting, and performance optimization initiatives to drive strategic decision-making and long-term revenue growth. Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales management, finance, and cross-functional teams as a strategic partner; coach a diverse group of talents and build strong partnerships. This role offers exposure to executive-level decision-making and commercial strategy, strengthening skills in data-driven insights, financial analysis, forecasting models, and leadership coaching within a global, cross-functional environment. For office-based teams, in-person collaboration is expected at least 3 days per week, as part of Philips’ emphasis on teamwork and impact across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Sales, Data Analysis, Forecasting or equivalent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead complex analytical projects, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
