Job Summary
Sales Support Intern at dubizzle Oman supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations, client engagement coordination, CRM data administration, reporting, market and competitive intelligence, and collaboration across Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. Responsibilities include developing formal proposals and sales collateral, coordinating client meetings and product demonstrations, maintaining CRM data accuracy, analyzing the sales pipeline and performance indicators, conducting market intelligence research, generating periodic sales reports for senior management, handling contracts and invoices, supporting client onboarding, and attending client consultations to capture proceedings and refine commercial skills. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Communications (or are recent graduates), with basic knowledge of sales/marketing principles, familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office/Google Workspace, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
