Job Summary
Sales Support role in London with hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office). Supports Account Managers and internal sales processes across IT hardware, software, SaaS, and managed services, acting as a central link between sales, pre-sales, engineering, vendors, and customers to move deals from quotation to delivery. Opportunities for progression into Account Management, Business Development, or Vendor/Channel roles. Key focus on clear communication, stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced commercial environment. 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:30) with salary around £40k plus uncapped bonus/commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service (ideally within IT/technology)
- Strong communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Interest in IT solutions
