Job Summary
Execute programs to drive key supplier sales objectives while calling assigned retail accounts to check product freshness, proper rotation, and point-of-sale standards. Assist Sales Professionals with display builds, merchandise accounts with quality current stock, and product delivery. Maintain retail call frequency, audit accounts for compliance with neon and permanent point-of-sale standards, and resolve retailer questions and concerns. Develop Sales Support Route including performance, customer relations, and route efficiency. Respond, investigate, and resolve retailer questions and concerns. Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, company and supplier standards and policies. Participate in a team environment of fearless feedback and total transparency. Work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, rotating up to 100 cases of beer/wine daily.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to drive to multiple locations
- Must maintain sufficient insurance
- Must abide by all traffic and motor vehicle laws and regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours through the week
- Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variations
- Week before and, during National Holidays are a must to work
- Must be able to lift 35lbs. minimum
- Must be able to climb ladders while working safely
- Must be able to maneuver floor jacks in large box stores
- Must be able to rotate up to 100 cases of beer/wine a day
- Must be able to build multi case/bottle displays
- Must be able to stand
