Job Summary
Sales Support role supporting Heidelberg Distributing Company’s retail accounts. Responsibilities include calling on assigned accounts, checking product freshness and rotation, merchandising with current POS, assisting Sales Professionals with display builds, ensuring displays are priced correctly, staying aligned with sales goals, assisting with product delivery, maintaining daily retail call frequency, auditing accounts for POS standards, monitoring quality control (product freshness, finished product loss), developing and supporting sales routes, covering routes during vacations, responding to retailer questions, ensuring compliance with laws and company/supplier standards, and contributing to a team environment with fearless feedback and total transparency. Requires a High School diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, willingness to drive to multiple locations, and basic computer skills; beverage sales experience is a plus; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision are valued.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to drive to multiple locations and maintain sufficient insurance
- Beverage and consumer product sales experience a plus
- Must learn specific computer programs, Microsoft Office preferred
- Very outgoing along with strong self-direction
- Work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities and multitask
