Job Summary
Support back-of-house and front-of-house operations by unpacking shipments, organizing stock rooms, answering phones, and executing operational policies. Flex between greeter, runner, cashier, and POS duties to ensure efficient product flow and best-in-class customer service. Partner with store management to manage inventory, rectify discrepancies, and maintain high accuracy across receiving, transfers, and cycle counts. Provide assistance with customer repairs, alterations, and visual merchandising projects while adhering to brand values and core policies.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, and/or customer service
- The Sales Support role is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
- The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- The employee must occasionally taste or smell
